Job Title: Logistics Operations Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Logistics Operations Specialist to oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with drivers, customer service teams, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare reports and update inventory systems as required.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Assist in loading and unloading goods, and perform other tasks as needed.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
  • A valid driver's license (Class 3) is an advantage.
  • Warehouse operations knowledge or experience is also desirable.
