Responsibilities
Reliability Test Program Coding:
Write and debug test programs for HBM device and package qualification; collaborate with other teams to ensure full test coverage and identify/address issues.
Root Cause Understanding and Resolution:
Identify and resolve reliability test program related issues.
Promotion of Innovation and Challenging the Status Quo:
Promote innovation and drive changes in reliability features, code infrastructure optimization, and other improvements to maintain a technical edge.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with Fab, HBM Technology Development, HBM Design, System Development, and Quality/Reliability teams.
Data Analysis for Validation:
Use in-house statistical tools for data analysis, validation, and risk assessment.
Hardware Specifications and Validation:
Define interface hardware specifications and validate/debug new interface boards to ensure compatibility and performance.
Technical Decision Making:
Make final decisions on risk analysis and project prioritization.
Mentorship and Development of Others:
Mentor and develop team members.
Project Management:
Develop project management skills to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Process Improvement:
Identify system and process improvements and pursue cost reduction and quality enhancement.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience; product or test engineering experience preferred.
Strong coding skills
in Python and C++.
Proven experience in reliability engineering or a related role.
Strong technical problem-solving skills with root cause analysis and solution development; attention to detail.
Basic understanding of CMOS technology and DRAM device physics and design.
Good multi-tasking and priority-setting in a fast-moving environment.
Knowledge of statistics, data analysis tools, and scripting.
Familiar with testing verification approaches.
Effective written and spoken English communication.
Ability to implement and adhere to testing protocols.
Proven track record of collaboration across teams to address complex problems.
On-site work in Singapore with international travel to the US, Taiwan, and Japan.
