Job Description
Ensuring all orders for our standard and designer bakes are made and delivered on time.
Ensure excellent customer service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Supervising new team members and providing effective guidance.
Work with the kitchen to ensure that the bakery is adequately stocked with quality baking ingredients and supplies.
Accountabilities
Ensure fast (1 hour) customer ticket turnaround time.
Track ticket handling efficiency.
Ensure all orders for our standard and designer bakes are loaded onto delivery vehicles timely - Variable incentives when you achieve 100% customer satisfaction
You know you are suitable if you:
Are a driven, hard, and efficient worker.
Bonus if you have previously worked front-of-house in an F&B Establishment.
Bonus if you have a diploma/degree in Culinary Arts or Baking and Pastry Arts.
