Job Title: Technical Solutions Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AV Presales Engineer/Manager to join our team.

  • Lead technical demonstrations, follow up on leads, build networks, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Meet clients to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Present on behalf of the company at meetings or conferences.
  • Handle customer complaints and perform on-site troubleshooting.
  • Prepare quotations and track purchase orders.
  • Work with suppliers, vendors, distributors, resellers, and manufacturers on quotes; negotiate pricing.
  • Gather customer feedback and share it with internal teams.
  • Lead AV initiatives and advise on procurement.
  • Review schematic drawings by colleagues.
  • Provide planning and layout advice.
  • Help procure AV hardware/software; ensure project readiness.
  • Plan and track timelines; manage equipment storage and transport.
  • Perform rack-and-stack, on-site installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and repair for AV, networking, and in-house projects at customer sites.
  • Do electrical wiring, trunking, programming, and basic setup.
  • Manage, test, and commission CCTV, ELV (extra-low voltage), Bluetooth, and other devices.
  • Complete testing, configuration, staging, and upgrades on schedule.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Attend service calls for equipment faults.
  • Provide on-site support and user training.
  • Create and update user guides and other documentation.
