Technical Solutions Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for performing installation and providing basic technical training for medical devices.

You will plan for warranty and corrective repairs/maintenance visits, perform related upgrades/Technical Service Bulletin from factory instructions to ensure services are up to date, provide support to Sales and Marketing for congresses, exhibitions, demos, workshops, projects etc., and deliver high-quality jobs to achieve customer satisfaction and appreciation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electronics or related Engineering field
  • Minimum 5 years of technical experience preferable in after-sales support in the medical industry
  • Hands-on experience on medical equipment such as ventilators, monitoring systems, anaesthesia machines, incubators, and/or capital equipment
  • Class 3 Driving License
  • Good interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to travel within Singapore region and able to perform standby duty when required
