Avionics Technician Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Avionics Technician to join our team. As an Avionics Technician, you will be responsible for the inspection, testing, and repair of avionics systems on aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Avionics System Inspection: Regularly inspect, test, and troubleshoot avionics systems to ensure they function correctly and comply with safety standards.
  • Diagnostics and Repairs: Use specialized diagnostic tools and software to identify electronic malfunctions or system failures, isolating faults to efficiently carry out repairs.
  • Aircraft Electronic System Repair: Conduct repairs, replacements, and adjustments to aircraft electronic systems such as autopilot, radio systems, GPS, and onboard computers.
  • Electrical Power Supply Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the integrity of the aircraft's electrical power supply to avionics systems, ensuring uninterrupted power flow and system reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Min. ITE in Avionics, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: Min. 1 year of relevant work experience in avionics maintenance and repair.
  • Skills and Certifications: Preferably have experience in component workshop repairs especially avionics or aircraft repair. Must have CAAS Aircraft Maintenance Certificate.
