Job Description

As a technical representative, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical guidance and making recommendations on aircraft systems. You will also prepare accurate, complete and concise technical reports and correspondence.

You will lead meetings with other internal and/or external resources to resolve issues affecting the return to service of the aircraft.

Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, you need to have a College Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance (Avionics). You must have comprehensive technical knowledge and experience of aircraft systems for the Challengers and the Global Express.

Candidates with avionics technical knowledge on other Bombardier products will also be considered. A minimum of five (5) years' experience in problem solving in the Interior and the Green Aircraft domain is required.

Excellent customer focus skills and strong English and French communication skills (spoken and written) are essential for this position. An AME license or equivalent is an asset.

You must be available for off-site assignments at short notice and comfortable using MS Office Programs.

The ability to work days, evenings, nights and weekends on rotation is also required.
