Key Responsibilities · Develop, track, and manage sales pipelines within targeted industries,optimize sales strategies and execution plans. · Analyze client requirements and propose suitable SaaS ERP solutions, Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. · Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, conduct customer needs analysis and provide tailored ERP solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement. · Assist in solution customization and alignment with customer business needs. · Develop sales strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans, monitor and evaluate sales performance, making necessary adjustments. · Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with legal and financial guidelines, manage risks associated with ERP sales agreements. · Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, share best practices and insights within the team to enhance overall sales effectiveness. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 3 to 5 years in ERP sales, preferably in payroll software or enterprise solutions. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Skills Strong understanding of ERP systems and/or SaaS-based solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Able to communicate in English and Mandarin as a must. Other languages is a perk to being chosen. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
