Working Hours:
(Mon-Fri: 8:30 AM-5:30 PM,
Alternate Saturday, 8:30 AM-12:00 PM)
Salary: $3000 - $5000
Job Description
-Assist Director/Project Manager in monitoring and manage the day-to-day technical and operational aspects of a construction project to ensure it's completed on time and within budget.
-Liaise with consultants and/or sub-contractors on the project matters. Coordinate and supervise all activities on the construction site.
-Attend regular meetings with owner/ client/ architects/ contractors/ sub-cons on the project related matters.
-Check drawings and the ability to resolve technical queries and discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project execution.
-Monitor the work environment and ensure adherence to all relevant construction regulations and health and safety standards.
-Effective communication to convey technical information and manage relationships with diverse team members.
-Ad-hoc duties by Director/Manager
Requirement:
-At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the building construction is required for this position.
-Preferably with main-con experience on residential projects.
