Overview We’re hiring a HR Assistant to support in data migration and HR administration tasks. If you have experience in HR administration , data entry and excellent communication skills , you might be a good fit in this role. Nearest MRT : Buona Vista Working Hours : Mon-Thu: 8.30am - 6pm, Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm Salary : Up to $2,600/month Duration : 3-months contract What You’ll Be Doing: Assist with administrative tasks for Associates Policy operations. Oversee data migration to a new system, ensuring manual checks, data cleaning, and validation. Provide logistical and administrative support for internal programs, such as AI, data workshops, and induction sessions. Maintain and update training records in the HRP system. Aid in the creation of Capability Update EDMs and associated communication materials. Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as needed. Who We’re Looking For: Previous experience in training support or HR administrative roles. Excellent analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
