More About The Role We’re looking for a Head of Engineering to join our APAC System and Service Team to be based in Singapore. As a Head of Engineering, you will be leading Engineering team in the technical design and system commissioning for our S&S projects across the APAC region. We’re on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability. If you match this description, get in touch Responsibilities Provide technical expertise in sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance, fixing issues upon the request of the Systems Architect Manager Develop and implement the testing and commissioning strategy, plans, and processes Provide input into the Division activities to ensure testing and commissioning requirements are incorporated at early release of the system Solve complex issues at customers’ site Deploy development plans for team members and continually elevate the capabilities of the team, planning of resources and 3rd party networks Validate delivered solutions ensuring all building blocks are functioning according to specifications and ensuring lifecycle services capabilities Monitor and control system performance and be accountable for performance of the system against the budget More About You Master or Bachelor degree in engineering, technology/sciences, or a related discipline 10+ years of working experience in a fast‑paced technology/engineering industry with proven track record in integrated and cloud solutions: design, installation, and commissioning People management experience is a must Sound knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of test and commissioning strategies and management plans Exposure in IoT and built environment is preferred Demonstrated ability to maintain a strong customer focus Knowledgeable with lighting controls & sub‑systems and different drawing software is an advantage Everything we’ll do for you You can grow a lasting career here.
