About our Business – Unmanned & Integrated Systems

Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact

As a Systems Engineer (Maintenance), you will be responsible for maintaining advanced weapon systems onboard surface vessels, including Electro-Optic Systems, Gun Fire Control Systems, and Fire Control Radars. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineers, Service Delivery Managers, and Project Managers to ensure high-quality maintenance services for our customers. Opportunities may be available for short-term overseas attachments and training courses.

Be Part of Our Success

• Work with the Superintendent to upkeep the systems onboard the naval platforms at the highest state of availability and readiness.
• Perform weapon systems maintenance tasks onboard vessels, workshop, and shipyards
• Perform defect troubleshooting on weapon systems
• Perform installation/removal work for equipment / systems
• Perform refurbishment of electronics unit / assemblies

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Computer Network & Systems Engineering or equivalent
• Naval related maintenance or training certifications and experience on weapon system, Ex-RSN would be advantageous.
• Good working knowledge and experience working on-board commercial and military vessels on underwater, mechanical / electronics / electrical systems
• Good working knowledge and experience in computer software (words, excel).
• Understanding maintenance regime and basic experience in troubleshooting system till card level
• Able to carry loads of not more than 25Kg
• Able to work at height
• Able to work well in a team and independently as required.
• Able to work outdoors and onboard naval platforms (long hours).
• Able to sail for up to a week if required.
