Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Hold a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Be a Singaporean citizen or hold permanent residency.
  • Lead project teams effectively, fostering a collaborative environment that drives productivity and results.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.
  • Understand and adhere to relevant construction codes and regulations, including PSSCOC and SIA contracts.
  • Develop and implement master programmes and schedules to ensure project success.
