Job Title: Construction Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to oversee the execution of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, with excellent leadership and project management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading construction teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Maintaining a high level of safety awareness and ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborating with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that construction plans meet requirements.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience as a carpenter with hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials.
  • Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
  • Proficiency in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools.
  • Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
  • Good knowledge of English and basic math.
  • Good physical condition and endurance.
