
Healthcare Service Provider

As a skilled caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to clients attending our Day Care and Dementia Care Centre. Your primary goal is to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of our clients while maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport clients between drop-off points and the centre, as well as to and from rehabilitation sessions.
- Help clients settle down upon arrival at the centre and facilitate a smooth transition into their daily routine.
- Prepare and serve meals to clients, ensuring their dietary needs are met and monitored during consumption.
- Supervise and/or assist clients in various activities designed to promote physical and mental well-being.
- Assist clients who require minimal supervision during toileting and provide support with personal care tasks.
- Encourage relaxation and rest after lunch, facilitating a calm environment for all clients.
- Facilitate the mobility of clients, promoting independence and freedom of movement.
- Accompany clients to and from rehabilitation sessions, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.
- Develop and lead group programs and activities under the guidance of therapists, fostering social interaction and skill-building opportunities.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying updated on best practices and industry standards.
- Familiarize yourself with emergency evacuation procedures and adhere to established safety protocols.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards, upholding the centre's cleanliness and organization.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the centre.
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- A minimum Secondary Education certification, preferably accompanied by a Certificate in Healthcare Support.
This position requires a regular Monday-to-Friday schedule, with a total of 42.5 hours per week (8.5 hours per day).

The working location for this position is at 10 Tampines Street 62, Singapore .
