Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team. As a Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing safe and high-quality pharmaceutical care services to patients.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care. You will be responsible for preparing for and participating in multidisciplinary team rounds to review patients' clinical status and treatment needs holistically.

  • Orientate patients on medications and provide disease management advice to empower them to manage their conditions effectively.
  • Continuously develop your professional skills through effective teaching, testing, coaching, and reflections.

You will also lead a team of Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and Pharmacy Assistants in the provision of pharmaceutical care services, education, quality improvement projects, and clinically relevant research.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Degree in Pharmacy that is registrable in Singapore.
  • Pharmacists with hospital working experience are preferred; however, pre-registration pharmacists are welcome to apply.
