About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
- To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients.
- To communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- To contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- A diploma in Nursing or higher qualification.
- Candidates must be registered nurses with valid certification from the relevant health board.
