Overview
Reporting Analyst position with responsibilities in financial reporting, budgeting, and coordination with parent company entities.
Responsibilities
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable standards.
Prepare monthly and annual profit and loss (P&L) reports by segment.
Update and maintain the company’s asset register.
Monitor and track the company’s oil flow and related operations.
Develop the company’s annual business plan and long-term corporate plan.
Prepare monthly management reports for internal use and decision-making.
Coordinate regularly with the parent company, PT Pertamina Patra Niaga and Pertamina (Persero).
Provide required data and coordinate with both internal and external auditors.
Maintain and validate financial and operational data in SAP to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the oil and gas industry.
Have Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) and Certified Risk Profesional (CRP).
Proficient in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written) to handle both Indonesian and English documents.
Strong expertise in budgeting and corporate business planning.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to work overtime to achieve the target.
Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and reliable in delivering timely reports.
