Executive Culinary Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our culinary team as an Executive Culinary Assistant. This position requires passion for food, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

  • Assist senior chefs in preparation of ingredients, ensuring all dishes meet required standards.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness in all kitchen areas.
  • Prepare mise en place sheets for briefing as per instructions from senior chefs.
  • Minimise food wastage through efficient planning and upskilling of culinary techniques.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a commercial kitchen.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • No formal certification is necessary.
