Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and courteous Food Service Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Take orders from customers and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
  • Verify the identification of customers ordering alcoholic beverages
  • Submit food orders to the kitchen staff and ensure that dishes are prepared to perfection
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict sanitation and hygiene standards
  • Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and safety procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Previous experience in the food service industry an asset
