About the Role:

  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling food and beverage orders, serving guests, and ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
  2. They will also assist fellow team members with preparation and setting up in the restaurants for food service, ensuring that all available amenities and utensils are properly stocked and inspected prior to service.
  3. In addition, they will handle all restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries, as well as perform other administrative duties in the restaurant.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of Secondary school education with 'O' Level passes is required; a Diploma in any field is an advantage.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a guest service or guest contact role, preferably in a hospitality organization.
  • The successful candidate must possess food hygiene and safety certification.
  • They must also be willing and able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and possess a well-groomed, professional appearance.
