Job Title: Home Appliance Technician
Job Description
The role of a Home Appliance Technician involves providing expert maintenance and repair services to customers across the island. This includes diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and conducting preventive maintenance tasks as per established company procedures.
Responsibilities
  • To diagnose and repair home appliances accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding diagnoses and required repairs.
  • Provide detailed service reports and estimates for quotation of repairs.
  • Assist in new projects and duties assigned by superiors.
  • Attend in-house technical training to improve skill set provided by the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A Diploma, Higher Nitec, or Nitec in Engineering is preferred. New graduates are also encouraged to apply. Must be a fast learner, keen to learn, and able to apply knowledge. Knowledge of operating and repairing home appliances, as well as basic electrical skills (training provided), is essential. Additionally, a valid Class 3 Driving License and physical fitness are required.
