About the role:
To work closely with the founding team to lead the buildout and alignment of the organization's global HR systems.
Moving into Global Impact Position, current focus covering Asia & the Middle East
Lead a team of HR professionals
Collaborate with Country General Managers to build and optimize scalable HR systems
Drive excellence in HRIS, Organizational Design, Talent Development, and Culture Building
Key Responsibilities:-
Build and unify HR standards and practices across 9 countries
Drive implementation and optimization of HRIS / HCM systems
Partner with local GMs on hiring, workforce planning, and org design
Articulate company values and embed culture into daily operations
Build training, development, and performance management systems
Requirements
Possess min 10+ years of HR operations experience, with at least 5 years & above in a leadership role with extensive international &/ global role with strong focus in Asia
Strong hands on experience in building & operating across diverse international HR teams and business partnering with internal stakeholders across systems, recruitment, development, performance & culture
Analytical and strategic leader able to create impact-oriented goals focused on outcomes
Possess collaborative leadership style, strong and effective interpersonal communication skills
