Responsibilities: As a Sr. Business Analyst at Whatfix, you will work closely with the Customer to ensure that digital adoption strategies align with business objectives and deliver measurable value. Here are the key responsibilities: Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor to customers on Whatfix Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) strategies. Conduct in-depth analyses of customer needs to understand their business objectives and challenges. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop long-term DAP strategies aligned with their business goals. Analyze and translate business needs into requirements for digital adoption solutions. Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital adoption solutions that meet business requirements. Ensure that proposed solutions align with the company's digital adoption strategy and client objectives. Define Objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of digital adoption initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Whatfix to identify and develop strategies that enhance customer value. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in digital adoption strategies and processes. Demonstrate the value of investment in DAP solutions through metrics, case studies, and ROI analysis. Create Centers of Excellence (COE) within customer organizations. What you need to have: Skill Requirement: Customer-facing Experience: Significant experience (typically 5+ years) working directly with customers in a consulting, advisory, or strategic partnership capacity. Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Expertise: Strong understanding of digital adoption platforms and their role in enhancing user experience and driving business value. Strategic Planning and Analysis: Proven track record in conducting in-depth analyses of customer needs and implementing initiatives to achieve business objectives. Project Management: Experience in project management methodologies and practices, particularly in technology implementations and adoption programs. Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with customers. Value Realization and ROI Analysis: Experience in measuring and demonstrating the value of technology investments. Education requirement: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or Computer Science. Advanced Degree (Preferred): Some organizations may prefer candidates with a master's degree or higher qualification. Certifications (Desirable): Certifications related to project management, business analysis, or specific DAP platforms can be advantageous.
