Marine Engine Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marine Engine Specialist to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work on marine propulsion systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering and experience working with diesel engines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine inspections and troubleshoot engine issues to minimize downtime.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to clients, ensuring optimal engine performance.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement maintenance strategies.
  • Prepare detailed service reports and documentation for all completed work.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all service activities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Marine & Offshore Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in engine repairs and maintenance, preferably within the marine industry.
  • Experience dealing with diesel engines would be advantageous.
