You will collaborate closely with the Founders, Business Development, Brand Strategy, and Digital Marketing Teams to develop and implement initiatives aligning with business objectives. Additionally, you will act as a primary media contact and representative for the organization.Initially, this role will involve individual contribution, but gradually, you will be tasked with building a competent PR team. Directly reporting to the CEO, you will be entrusted with the following key objectives and responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive communications plan in collaboration with the Brand Strategy team, encompassing strategy, goals, budget, and tactics.- Create and execute online and offline media relations strategies.- Utilize existing media connections and build new relationships with relevant media outlets.- Handle media inquiries and interview requests effectively.- Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising, continually assessing their value.- Stay abreast of industry trends and provide strategic communication recommendations.- Coordinate all public relations activities and liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure operational and communication objectives are met.- Produce external media-focused written communications such as pitches, press releases, briefing materials, articles, presentations, and coverage reports.- Oversee award submissions, speaking opportunities, abstracts, and research on Q&As.- Generate news story ideas, draft media materials, and monitor PR results on a quarterly basis.- Devise press releases, content marketing strategies, and other methods to enhance earned media impressions.Qualifications and Skills required for this role:- 5-10 years of PR experience, preferably with a reputable PR agency.- Postgraduate degree in Business Management, Communication, Economics, Mass Media, or Journalism.- Demonstrated success in executing campaigns independently or as part of a team.- Proficiency in digital and social media monitoring tools.- Strong storytelling and media relations capabilities, including pitch creation and media briefing facilitation.- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.- Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate with various levels of management.Salary Range: INR 5,00, ,00,000 per annumIndustry: Internet / EcommerceFunctional Area: Marketing, Public Relations, Writing/EditingEmployment Type: Permanent Job, Full TimeExperience: 5-10 yearsNumber of Vacant Roles: 01 (Location: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, or Bangalore),
