- Job Description
Communications (PR and Social)
Establish and drive the internal and external communications strategy
-Develop and execute a broad communications plan to drive the corporate and public profile and enhance organisation reputation
-As the content and community lead, develop, lead and execute a creative and effective social media and content strategy in-line with organisation objectives
-Maximise media opportunities and manage media relations, events, briefing materials, releases and media queries
-Plan, develop, implement and measure the success of the overall PR and communications strategy.
- Digital Marketing
Ensure KPIs are on track and monitor and optimise all digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, donors and public engagement and leads to deliver donors and CSR leads and retention
-Monitor campaigns and provide analytics reports
-Identify trends and insights, optimise spend, maximise marketing engagement
- Job Requirements
Min. University Degree holder in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations or related studies
-At least 5 years of relevant experience
-Has experience managing or working with PR agencies as well as working on digital and social media
-Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong project management with a meticulous eye for detail
-Drive, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn
- Salary Range
$3,200 - $3,800
