Able to read and interpret technical drawings, fabrication standards, and welding procedures. Familiar with common tools: MIG/TIG/Stick welding, grinder, gas cutter, plasma cutter, slip roller & etc. Safety knowledge of hot work and workshop safety regulations. Monitor usage of welding rods, gas cylinders, grinding discs and consumables to control costs. Supervisor technicians and provide on job coaching, identify training needs and skills gaps; propose development plans for the team.
