Support the presales team by configuring standard trial environments, mapping customer journeys, and producing demo content for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service. Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and configure D365 Sales and Customer Service trials with appropriate sample data and roles.

• Design clear, persona-based customer-journey storyboards to support presales narratives.

• Create concise demo videos and supporting presales materials.

• Assist in preparing for client meetings and workshops; document notes and next steps.

• Organise and maintain demo assets and documentation for reuse across pursuits.
Job Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Systems; polytechnic diploma with CRM internship experience considered.

• Basic understanding of CRM processes; familiarity with CRM platforms is an advantage.

• Strong client-facing communication skills; able to explain concepts clearly and confidently.

• Detail-oriented, organised, and adaptable with strong time management; comfortable working in diverse, cross-cultural environments; motivated to learn.
