Overview Join to apply for the Manager, Pricing role at Manulife . Responsibilities Perform the pricing of Participating/Investment-Linked (ILP) products, contribute innovative ideas to deliver competitive and sustainable product designs. Present and communicate pricing recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, drive sound pricing decisions and support risk management objectives. Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Risk Management and other internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of new products. Support internal governance and regulatory review processes for product approval. Refine pricing methodologies, enhance actuarial models and tools, and provide technical guidance to junior team members. Contribute to the annual business planning process by analyzing key financials, product performance and market opportunities. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; prior pricing or product development experience is an advantage. Commercially minded with strong business acumen. Proactive, solution-oriented and keen to bring fresh perspectives to product design and pricing. Clear and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
