Project Director Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead our projects planning and implementation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our senior leaders and directors to ensure the highest level of project execution.
The successful candidate will be responsible for quality control and project management, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of project coordinators, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 7-10 Years Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Degree in Interior Design or Architecture: A degree in interior design or architecture or equivalent work experience is required.
  • International Experience: Experience working on international 5-star luxury and upscale projects is highly desirable.
  • Technical Requirements: Proficiency in design and production software, including AutoCad, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as Microsoft Office.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent English communication and presentation skills are essential.
