Project Management Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced project management director to lead our projects planning and implementation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior leaders and directors to ensure the highest level of project execution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for quality control and project management, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project director to join our dynamic team and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

  • Job Description:
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team of project coordinators, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Degree in interior design or architecture or equivalent work experience.
  • International experience working on international 5-star luxury and upscale projects is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in design and production software, including AutoCad, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills are essential.
