About The Role – Business Director

As a Business Director, you will focus on initiating meaningful conversations with prospective clients and guiding them through a consultative process that explores fit and supports decision-making. This role emphasizes long-term value and trust, rather than transactional sales.

Compensation Note

This position is performance-based, with income earned through commissions. It is well-suited to individuals who are motivated by entrepreneurial roles, enjoy flexibility, and value building results through their own initiative. Training, resources, and support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach campaigns using platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook (training provided)
  • Lead structured discovery calls to explore fit and support client decision-making
  • Build and manage relationships with prospective clients through digital communication tools such as Zoom, email, and CRM systems
  • Share insights about programs in a way that aligns with client needs and goals
  • Track personal progress, review outcomes, and refine approaches for improved results
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture by participating in ongoing learning and development
Who This Role Suits
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written (English fluency required)
