Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our research team as a Research Associate . The successful candidate will work closely with Professor Christina Chai on a project focused on designing, synthesizing, and characterizing compounds to combat EV-A71 antiviral drug-related mutations. Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out complex research tasks as directed by the principal investigator.
  • Manage chemical inventory and procurement within the research group.
  • Contribute to safety management and administration of the research group.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
Key Skills:
  • Possess advanced knowledge in organic synthesis and analytical chemistry.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Show ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience:
  • Previous research experience in synthetic chemistry is highly desirable.
