Job Description

As a highly motivated and skilled Research Associate, you will work closely with Professor Christina Chai on a project focused on designing, synthesizing, and characterizing compounds to combat EV-A71 antiviral drug-related mutations.

  • Cary out complex research tasks as directed by the principal investigator.
  • Manage chemical inventory and procurement within the research group.
  • Contribute to safety management and administration of the research group.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge in organic synthesis and analytical chemistry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
