Synthetic Biology Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Synthetic Biology Expert to join our research team in microbial synthetic biology and metabolic engineering.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on interdisciplinary research at the interface of microbial pathway engineering, metabolic regulation, and advanced analytical techniques. The successful candidate will conduct high-level research in synthetic biology and metabolic engineering, both independently and in collaboration with internal and external researchers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-level research in synthetic biology and metabolic engineering, including designing and engineering microbial systems for applications in precision fermentation.
  • Perform experiments involving microbial pathway design, plasmid construction, and strain development in microbes.
  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques such as fluorescence microscopy and high-performance liquid chromatography for experimental validation.
  • Develop research content and contribute to the writing of peer-reviewed publications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Synthetic Biology, Metabolic Engineering, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in strain engineering and high-performance liquid chromatography.
