Retail Sales Administrator
to join our luxury retail team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our sales advisors by managing all administrative tasks related to store operations. This position ensures seamless sales transactions, efficient documentation, and superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Transaction Support: Process all sales transactions promptly and accurately using the store's POS system.
Handle invoicing, receipts, refunds, and exchanges as per company policy.
Coordinate with the finance team to ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and update the system for incoming and outgoing inventory.
Liaise with the warehouse to ensure stock replenishment is timely.
Conduct regular stock checks and manage discrepancies.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales, returns, and inventory.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management.
Organize and archive documents, including receipts, invoices, and delivery orders.
Customer Service Coordination: Support sales advisors by preparing and organizing client paperwork, such as custom orders and delivery documentation.
Coordinate delivery arrangements and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Taking care client's birthday month - gifts sending .
Administrative Operations: Ensure all sales-related administrative tasks are performed efficiently and within deadlines.
Assist in the planning and execution of in-store events or promotions.
Maintain store supplies and ensure the workspace is organized and presentable.
Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and procedures.
Assist in internal audits and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with relevant departments.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in retail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with POS systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Experience in handling
TikTok and Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book)
for business or branding purposes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
Knowledge of luxury retail operations is a plus.
