Performance Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned data-driven marketing expert who can leverage creativity, media, and data to drive exceptional performance marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies across various channels.
  • Analyse campaign data to identify optimisation opportunities and develop actionable insights.
  • Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation techniques to maximise campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure campaigns remain competitive.
  • Generate reports with insightful findings and present recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate campaign progress to internal teams and clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Requires 1-3 years of working experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with analytics/reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) techniques and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
