Performance Marketing Professional

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Professional to join our fast-growing team. As a key member, you will work closely with our leadership and team to develop effective digital marketing strategies for clients across various industries.

A successful candidate should be a data-driven marketeer with a growth hacking mindset, possessing strong analytical skills and attention to detail. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, designing digital marketing campaigns and executing them across multiple platforms.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive client success by applying sales techniques to assess and achieve client goals.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to deliver actionable insights on market conditions, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms to drive measurable conversions.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from defining audience targeting to optimising bids for maximum performance.
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations to maximise ROI and overall effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of digital marketing experience, ideally within an agency or consulting environment.
  • Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Conversion Tracking.
  • Ability to leverage data-driven insights to evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimisation strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • High commitment with a proactive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, with strong accountability to meet deadlines.
