Job Title: Personnel Officer
Job Summary:
- Drive business growth by overseeing the entire recruitment process and ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle from hiring to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Handle full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
- Liaise with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and candidate expectations are aligned.
- Maintain updated recruitment tracker and recruitment-related documentation.
- Provide weekly hiring status updates to the HR Manager.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding experience.
- Conduct exit interviews and compile insights into attrition trends.
- Ensure timely deactivation/reactivation of systems and accounts.
HRIS and Employee Movement Updates
- Update employee records in the HR system for new hires, terminations, and staff movements.
- Coordinate with payroll contact on monthly movement updates.
HR Reporting
- Prepare monthly headcount and attrition reports.
- Analyze basic trends and provide commentary from exit data and hiring metrics.
- Maintain accurate dashboards for recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate).
