Senior Operation Manufacturing Manager (A )

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the operational performance of external manufacturing partners, ensuring they meet quality, delivery, and cost expectations.
  • Managing relationships with contract manufacturers, driving performance improvements, and coordinating internal teams to maintain a smooth supply of products.
  • Coordinate with supply chain management for raw material procurement and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to maintain product standards and new product launch.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Engage in strategic planning to support long-term manufacturing goals and growth.
  • Analysis production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 of experience in operation manufacturing management or a related role.
  • Proven experience in overseeing production operations in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to supervise multiple teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of production management, manufacturing processes, and quality control.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and procurement.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
