We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role and drive business results.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, with experience in supervising teams, managing workflows, and optimizing resource utilization. They will be responsible for ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency, as well as driving continual improvement initiatives to eliminate workflow interruptions.
- Lead a team of operators to fulfill customer orders on time and maintain high safety and 5S standards.
- Drive process improvements in production and warehouse operations through digitalization and automation initiatives.
- Be accountable for inventory accuracy in Production, WIP, and Finished goods.
- Perform monthly capacity analysis for resource planning and actively work on productivity analysis to reduce waste and lead time.
- Provide support to other supervisors as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operations across all shifts.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing and warehousing company.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A degree or diploma in Manufacturing, Production, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or any related field.

About the Role:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Production, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing and warehousing company.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
