Senior Operations Manager for Manufacturing

Job Description:

The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing facility. This includes managing production processes, supervising staff, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide a team to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Oversee production planning and scheduling to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality control and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with HR to manage staff training and development programs


Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior operations management role, preferably in manufacturing
  • Proven track record of achieving business objectives and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
