Key Position
As a detail-oriented and proactive executive, you will be responsible for managing international trade operations. This role involves coordinating smooth shipment operations by preparing, processing, and managing shipping/export documentation.

• Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of shipments.

• Monitor shipments and resolve any documentation or compliance issues that arise.

• Act as a point of contact with overseas stakeholders for document and shipment coordination.
Requirements

• A diploma in logistics, shipping, business, or a related field is required. Prior experience in export documentation is essential.

• Strong proficiency in Mandarin (both written and verbal) is necessary for effective communication with overseas stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills are required to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to coordinate across multiple teams.
