Job Description Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring smooth and efficient BAU support. Manage helpdesk function, monitor SLAs, and provide user support. Lead and guide local IT staff, fostering teamwork and accountability. Manage network, servers, and infrastructure resources, including vendor coordination. Ensure cybersecurity, compliance with policies/regulations, and support audits. Drive business transformation through digitalization and technology adoption. Lead IT projects locally and coordinate with regional/global teams. Manage IT budgets, costs, procurement, and vendor relationships. Review and improve IT processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery. The Successful Applicant Lead daily IT operations, helpdesk, and staff to ensure smooth business support. Manage infrastructure (servers, networks, VMware, Microsoft 365, Active Directory). Oversee cybersecurity, compliance (ISO 27001, PDPA), and audits. Drive IT projects, digitalisation, and adoption of new technologies. Handle IT budgets, procurement, and vendor management.
