Are you ready to join a mission that matters The future of cybersecurity starts with you.About the RoleAs a key member of the India Leadership team and as a Regional Sales Director, you will be accountable for providing leadership and management oversight to Regional Sales Managers, Majors across India, to drive all pertinent issues related to sales strategy and goal attainment. This role will be based in Mumbai and will involve participating in strategic planning sessions with the sales management team on a quarterly and annual basis. You will be responsible for communicating corporate strategy to employees within your region, planning and directing activities including forecasts, relationship development, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will establish short-term and long-term goals and quotas in line with corporate objectives, identify needed resources for supporting sales strategy, and develop a proposed budget for Senior Management review. This role also involves identifying and qualifying important Enterprise sales opportunities at the management level, acting as a coach, mentor, and educator to all Regional Sales Managers within your region, selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure sales goals are met, and keeping senior leadership informed of key issues and changes which may impact expected business results.What You'll NeedPassionate relationship building and executive level negotiating skills are essential for this role. You should have the ability to work collaboratively with functional peers across various functions including Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services Customer Support, and Product Development. You should have experience as a successful Regional Sales Director with a track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas in contiguous, multiple years, as well as experience with target
