Overview Reporting to the Managing Director, the Programme Designer leads the design, development, and delivery of leadership programmes in HCLI. The position requires a dynamic leader who can build impactful learning solutions, secure programme partnerships, and strengthen the organisation’s influence in the leadership development space. Responsibilities Programme Design & Delivery Curate, design, and deliver leadership development programmes that are innovative, competitive, and sustainable. Lead the design of both open-enrolment and customised programmes tailored to client needs. Deliver and facilitate workshops, dialogues, executive coaching, and leadership assessments. Integrate organisational research and thought leadership into programme content. Expand and support the development of digital learning offerings. Business Development Lead custom proposals and participate in client communications to secure programme partnerships, sales, and sponsorships. Build strong client relationships, ensuring programme solutions address evolving organisational and leadership challenges. Identify opportunities to expand programme reach and revenue streams. Partnerships & Faculty Management Identify and manage adjunct faculty, trainers, and strategic content partners. Forge and maintain external relationships with key institutions, sponsors, and stakeholders. Promote the organisation at local, regional, and international forums to enhance reputation and influence. Knowledge & Skills Proven expertise in coaching, facilitation, and delivery of in-person and virtual leadership programmes. Deep knowledge of leadership theories and trends, including Asia-centred leadership, human-centred leadership, sustainability, and the future of work. Strong experience in instructional design, programme management, and facilitation. Experience with leadership profiling/assessment instruments is an advantage. Familiarity with digital learning platforms and virtual facilitation tools. Proven track record in engaging senior leaders and stakeholders through strategic conversations. Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, resourcing, and vendor/client negotiations. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage lean teams effectively. Agile, adaptable, and flexible in responding to client needs. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with the ability to influence at senior levels. Experience At least 10 years of relevant experience in leadership development, organisational development, L&D, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
