People with intellectual disability have poorer health and lower access to and use of healthcare services than the general population. IDHealth’s goal is to reduce the barriers to health and healthcare utilization for this population by providing a health service that is accessible to and appropriate for people with intellectual disability. In addition, we aim to increase the capability of Singapore’s health and social service sectors to serve this population.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth functioning and operation of the clinic, including administrative/operational matters to solve system and process problems.
Ensure timely submission of reports, claims, and accuracy of clinical indicators tabulations.
Ensure guidelines and procedures related to clinic service are adhered to by all relevant personnel at all times.
Monitor the operational performance of the clinic.
Assist in procurement matters.
Perform regular audits to ensure compliance in clinical practice and documentation.
Assist with event management and logistics (on an ad-hoc basis).
Assist staff in dealing with operational-related situations.
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Min Degree.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Communication skills with customer service orientation.
Meticulous with a keen eye for details.
Works well independently and has strong operational skills.
