About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to oversee the successful execution of our construction projects. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all works are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Safety Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive safety protocols, conducting regular risk assessments and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of workers, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Skillset: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as knowledge of construction software and technologies.
