Job Overview

We are seeking a Critical Environment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) group, you will play a critical role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for our online services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining critical infrastructure, performing maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment, and enforcing safety and security requirements.

You will work closely with our subject matter experts to support our global portfolio of over 200 datacenters and millions of servers, serving more than 1 billion customers and 20 million businesses worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain critical infrastructure and perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and enforce safety and security requirements
  • Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to support datacenter operations
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Additionally, you must be able to meet Microsoft's customer and/or government security screening requirements.
